Today is Bastille Day, the French National Day. It was celebrated yesterday at the residence of the French Ambassador in presence of many ambassadors and officials. Representing the Israeli government was Minister of Energy Dr. Yuval Steinitz. On this occasion Ambassador Patrick Maisonnave announced his return to France and bid his guests farewell after three years of duty.
